Fredrick N. Page

CEO

Fred has been collecting and evaluating art for nearly four decades. He bought his first Picasso print while in the Navy and began in the art business as an auctioneer with Sloan’s in Washington D. C. In 1979 he took a position with Sotheby’s in Los Angeles as an appraiser, and started his own firm in 1985. Since then he’s been serving enthusiastic art collectors of all kinds, concentrating on clients in the film and entertainment industries. He prepares appraisals for insurance, divorce and estate settlements, and provides collateral support for lending institutions. He often advises his clients on art sales and acquisitions, and supports their museum donations.

In 2007 Fred opened offices in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach so he could watch those amazing Pacific Coast sunsets from his desk and easily reach clients throughout Southern California. Fred was on the Laguna Beach Art Museum’s Collections Committee for many years, and was a Trustee of the Museum in 2006-2008.

In 2015 Page Art, Inc. took on a partner, attorney Floy Andrews, and in 2017 they expanded their business into the San Francisco Bay Area, with a new base overlooking the Bay in Point Richmond (also with amazing sunsets!). Fred commutes regularly to visit clients in Los Angeles & Orange County.

When Fred’s not examining his clients’ artwork in California and the West, he’s visiting an art museum or gallery, riding his bike, or climbing a local mountain with the Sierra Club.

Floy E. Andrews

CEO

Floy’s been engaged with California Art since she opened a small gallery in Silverlake, Los Angeles, in the mid-1980s, showing young artists emerging on the vibrant LA art scene. Although she closed the gallery to study law, she remained a collector and enthusiast throughout her diverse legal career, which began with the top-tier international law firms, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and O’Melveny & Myers and concluded as VP with California’s largest real estate development and investment company, The Irvine Company in Newport Beach. She’s been a litigator, transactional attorney, corporate advisor, and dealmaker.

Now a Partner with Page Art, Inc., she’s focusing her legal and business skills on what’s always most inspired her: the Art world — from artists and their work, to collectors with collections of all sizes, to dealers, gallerists, museums, insurers, and lenders. It’s all fascinating to Floy.

Floy directed Page Art’s expansion into the Bay Area. She and Fred work closely with all clients throughout California and beyond. A longtime yoga and mindfulness meditation practitioner, Floy is also the managing partner of the amazing Berkeley coffee roasting space and cafe, Bay Area Coffee Roasters, or simply, Co-Ro.
